With relatively little new construction taking place, far greater energy savings can be achieved by improving the efficiency of existing buildings. Panelists will provide answers for such key questions as ‘how do I evaluate my building's energy savings potential?' How do owners, brokers and tenants benefit? What is a realistic ROI? What technology is available and appropriate for my building? What incentives are available and how do I qualify?
