A virtual service assistant helps book the service appointment,
a live repair featuregives the customer the option of being kept up to speed on their vehicle’s service via the technician performing the service, an information page on the neighbourhood’
s shops, cafes, restaurants, and attractions ensure the customer has plenty of options to fill the time with, and a
Specials Page offers specials and discounts for local shops and restaurants, as well as Clarkdale’s own Parts and Service departments.
The idea is to provide a richer Service experience for the customer through interaction, education and a familiarization with the
Main Street community.
