Chris Evert to Present The SAMFund Founder with $5,000 from Hood® Simply Smart® Milk

Celebrating the power of community and the importance of giving back, the breakfast fundraising event invites the public to meet Evert and Boston-area SAMFund alumni to  enjoy breakfast and coffee before heading off to work.  

Evert, the spokeswoman for Hood® Simply Smart® Milk, will be presenting The SAMFund with a $5,000 donation from Hood in celebration of Eisentein Watson's recent win in Simply Smart Milk's "Make a Difference, Taste a Difference" contest.

About this Event: All proceeds from this event will benefit The SAMFund's programs to help young adults recover from the financial impact of cancer treatment. To date, The SAMFund (http://www.thesamfund.org) has awarded nearly $750,000 in grants to survivors across the country and provided online and in-person support to hundreds more.
