The achievement was announced during the 36th Annual Mid-America Emmy® Awards on Sept. 22 at the Midland Theatre in Kansas City. Since its philanthropic group, Team Phil, formed in 2005, PlattForm has remained committed to giving back to the community. The agency received its first Emmy Award in 2009 for a pro-bono video produced for SAVE, Inc., housing for the socially and medically disadvantaged in Kansas City.
