Lennar Hires Two in Northern Virginia

Sept. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- CHANTILLY, Va. (Sept. 25, 2012)—As leading homebuilder Lennar continues its growth in Virginia, the company has recently hired Katharine Seville as Internet new home consultant and Paul Singh as purchasing manager.

As an Internet new home consultant, Seville will serve as potential homebuyers’ first point of contact when they visit www.LennarVirginia.com.  Most recently she worked at Samson Properties as a marketing and property manager.  Prior to that Seville was a new home sales manager at Arcadia Home Building.  She earned an associate degree in business management from Northern Virginia Community College.

Singh joins Lennar as a purchasing manager, responsible for the acquisition of materials and services for Lennar’s entire Virginia division.  Previously Singh worked as director of purchasing for HOBA Inc.  He also worked at Centex Homes and Pulte Homes, and holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering.
