UniKurve, a brand new and exciting concept in personal fitness was designed by Mike Curry, a British infantry soldier, who, whilst serving in Afghanistan, frequently found gym time restricted. When he was able to use the gym he found it was often very busy, but armed with just a kettlebell, medicine ball and a dumbbell the Unikurve concept was created.
The Unikurve is used for cardiovascular fitness, strength and core training. It is a complete cardio and core combination trainer that is functional, versatile and lets the user train the whole body. It is unique, unisex, universal and is set to revolutionise the way people exercise. With over one thousand possible exercises, imagination is your only limit.
Unikurve is a simple framework that comes in two colours and each colour represents a different weight, pink represents a 4kg lightweight system mainly for females, green represents a heavier 8kg weight used mainly by males.
The Unikurve grows with the user, so the better you become at using the system, the more difficult it becomes to use. This is achieved by different hold positions to increase leverage and affect stability, which in turn increases virtual weight and levels of difficulty.
Mike Curry the creator of Unikurve came to visit the graphic design team at Urban Juice to see how they shaped up, with a mission to create a unique logo design, adapting what he had created himself.
It was going to be tough, but Urban Juice believed that if they worked as a team they would survive such a dangerous mission.
Armed with their weapons of mass creation the UJ team were able to succeed. Not only did they succeed, but they triumphed and Mike was thrilled with the logo they created.
