He joins Browne Jacobson’s 22-strong professional indemnity legal team after 12 years at Kennedys. Prior to qualifying in 2002 Michael spent 12 years working for international insurance brokers including Jardine Lloyd Thompson in Hong Kong and Bowring, Marsh & McLennan in London.
Michael is a highly experienced defendant professional indemnity lawyer with substantial experience representing insurers in multi-million pound UK and overseas claims against a range of professionals including lawyers, accountants and surveyors.
Browne Jacobson acts for major professional indemnity and D&O insurers, Lloyd's syndicates, managing agencies, professional services firms and policyholders. Clients include Hiscox, the ARP, Bar Mutual, Allianz, HCC International, Markel, Tindall Riley, Travelers, Aviva and Chaucer.
