With a planned cover date of November 1, 2012, the first issue of the Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Hillsboro Beach and Lighthouse Point will be out in time for the holiday buying season. Fifteen thousand copies are planned for the initial printing and area Publix supermarkets will be a valuable distribution location. OTN Editor Nicol Jenkins is currently working with the various city governments to prepare articles for the upcoming issues. “We have worked very hard to provide good coverage of all of the great things going on in the local communities and we are excited to be broadening our area of news coverage,” said Ms. Jenkins.
John Brodie, GM and Sales Director for OTN, stated “From an advertiser point of view, adding this new coverage (Pompano/Deerfield edition) allows advertisers to choose to get customers from specific zip codes by going with specific editions or cover the majority of northern Broward County by advertising in all of our monthly issues. We are now the most effective and efficient means to reach this large consumer audience.”
The closing date for the new monthly edition covering Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Hillsboro Beach and Lighthouse Point will generally be the Thursday of the third full week of each month. Issues will begin distribution the Monday of the fourth full week of each month.
