Big Dog Ranch Rescue Gets Overhaul on “Designing Spaces” on Lifetime Television
Safe haven for homeless and unwanted dogs featured in Adopt-A-Shelter series
(Pompano Beach, FL – September 24, 2012) Big Dog Ranch Rescue will be featured on “Designing Spaces™,” the popular DIY show on Lifetime Television where they will take center stage in the special makeover series, “Designing Spaces of Hope - Adopt A Shelter.”
Make sure to watch this uplifting episode on Thursday, September 27th at 7:30 am (ET/PT) as Megan Weinberger and Lauree Simmons join the show to give viewers a tour of their facility and talk about all the work their shelter does on behalf of the animals.
Along with a host of sponsors, “Designing Spaces™” has adopted Big Dog Ranch Rescue, a 28-acre safe haven for homeless and unwanted dogs of all breeds located in Wellington, FL to receive a much-needed overhaul of their facilities and supplies. The Ranch was chosen because of their efforts to save the lives of so many dogs as well as their approach to pet adoptions.
“We’re so proud to partner with Big Dog Ranch Rescue and assist this dedicated organization that has served the community for years, with much-needed improvements and redesign, says Lysa Liemer, “Designing Spaces” on Lifetime Executive VP of Programming and Chief Operating Officer. “We hope that they will now be able to operate in a better space, and also, they’ll meet their goal of doubling their adoption rates by the end of October which is Adopt A Shelter Dog month.”
