Keri O’Connor joins Ted Todd Insurance Group as Customer Service Manager

Sept. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- Keri O’Connor has joined the Ted Todd Insurance Agency’s newly expanded customer service operation as its Customer Service Manager.  She holds an MBA from Ohio Dominican University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from The Ohio State University, both in Columbus, Ohio. Ms. O’Connor was formerly with State Farm Insurance in Bloomington, Illinois for 14 years, most recently as its Manager of Auto, Quote and Binding where she supervised 400 representatives in three locations nationwide, handling calls from 13 states and Canada. She previously served four years in the United States Navy in Patuxent River, Maryland.
