Make-A-Wish® Georgia Joins Straight Talk Wireless® To Help Raise Up To $1,000,000 Nationally

Make-A-Wish Georgia is encouraging consumers in the Atlanta region to go to their local Walmart starting this Saturday to show their support for Make-A-Wish by taking part in a brief demonstration of a Straight Talk Wireless Android smart phone.

Sept. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- ATLANTA, GA  – September 19, 2012 – Make-A-Wish Georgia is encouraging consumers in the Atlanta region to go to their local Walmart starting this Saturday to show their support for Make-A-Wish by taking part in a brief demonstration of a Straight Talk Wireless Android smart phone.  For every shopper who participates, Straight Talk Wireless will donate $1 to Make-A-Wish, with the ultimate goal of raising $1,000,000.  

Carried out under the banner “One Minute One Million,” the Straight Talk Wireless/Make-A-Wish initiative will take place from 10-4 p.m. over four consecutive Saturdays starting September 22, 2012 at 75 participating Walmarts in the Atlanta region. The funds contributed by Straight Talk Wireless will help grant wishes in Make-A-Wish Georgia communities and other cities and towns across the country.
