Sept. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- CarMax has announced Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida as the winner of their “Road Rally for Charity” fundraiser. The event was part of CarMax’s grand opening in Naples, where the company created a contest between three local nonprofits to “compete” for votes through CarMax’s Facebook page. A total of $5,000 will be given to three local nonprofits; $3,000 to Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida as the winner of contest and $1,000 to each the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, and the American Heart Association, Southwest Florida Division.

“We were thrilled to learn that we won and want to thank all of our volunteers, friends and supporters who voted for our organization. It’s a testimony that the community values our mission of teaching financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship to our local youth,” said Anne Frazier, President/CEO of Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida.
