The project is headed up by Israeli director, Will Blesch who noted, "We’ve opened up a new fan page on Schtik.com. It’s a natural fit since many of the filmmakers involved in Requiem for the Night are Jewish. We’ve included links there that lead back to our official fan page on Facebook and the actual campaign on Indiegogo.com.

Funds garnered from the crowdfunding campaign will go toward development expenses such as the writer's fee, establishing a legal entity in order to enable to the production to legally accept private investments, and paying for all legal fees to start with.
