The book examines the shaping of self-esteem and how to balance home and work demands. The aspect of equality is discussed, exploring ways in which equality can be used to her advantage. The reader will then learn how to avoid exploitation, abuse and work politics. In the book she will find how to use influence and develop a reputation for sound, unemotional judgement, and for reliability. The final three chapters deal with emotional and physical fitness and how these combines with all that the book teaches, to contribute to her peace, progress and prosperity. My style and approach is informal and shows rather than tells.
