After signing up, members will have the ability to post a project, free of charge, on Webacast. The moment that the project is listed on Webacast, any videographer or photographer (providers) registered with Webacast that possesses expertise in a similar category of project, will be notified of the new submission. These providers will then have the opportunity to submit a bid for the cost to complete the project. The member reviews all of the incoming bids and selects the bid that best fits their needs and budget. Prior to a final selection, the submitting member has the option to interview the prospective providers, request examples from past projects, evaluate their abilities, or further discuss the details and requirements of the project. As an added assurance of a successful project completion, an escrow account may be opened to hold a portion of the project cost. All monies are handled independently through the Webacast system.
