Angel Links – Unemployment for the young

Sept. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- As the year is now coming to an end companies are being forced to review spending costs and many people from all industries have found themselves without a job especially those between the ages of 18 -24.

Majority of individuals in this category are either living in London renting a room or have moved back in with their families as they are unable to afford a property of their own and have had to downsize.

Recently it was stated by the minister that these youngsters would have to work or their Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) payments would be stopped. This has urged a lot of companies to rethink what is actually available for these individuals. A lot of them who have just graduated or just done their A-Levels are unable to get jobs let alone those who have been looking for longer than they thought they would be spending on job hunting.

It was stated in the news and papers yesterday that individuals between the ages of 18 – 24 will be forced to do a minimum of three months full time unpaid work or have all their benefits cut off.

Angel Links believe that even with benefits being cut off this will not make these youngsters work for free they should get into job hunting themselves. They should not have to be pushed into working but should have the will to do so as this is where majority of companies are recruiting youngsters to help their company grow.

Angel Links believe if these individuals worked free for three months this will help them build up their own experiences as well as make them comfortable to get into employment or do something with themselves as well as learning those all-important life skills.

Angel Links believe that sales and marketing is an industry which will help these individual get into employment and not just sit around doing nothing but watching day time television. Sales and marketing has helped all those self-made entrepreneurs.

With the economy growing and less jobs being unavailable do these youngster really want to live on £56.00 a week?
