Preventing and Overcoming Cancer- Team USA Doctor and Two Local Pastors

Sept. 21, 2012 - PRLog -- A total of 1,638,910 new cancer cases and 577,190 deaths from cancer are projected to occur in the United States in 2012. Genetics don’t seal our fate when it comes to this disease. Team USA Doctor and two local south suburban Pastors decided that enough was enough and will be hosting a  Cancer-Killers Total Food Makeover to educate and inspire the community and the world the truth about preventing and overcoming cancer.
On Oct. 14, Team USA Doctor, Dr.Ashly Ochsner will teach everyday people how to optimize their bodies’ natural ability to destroy cancerous cells and transform their body into a cancer-killing machine. Join Team USA Doctor, Dr. Ashly Ochsner and Pastors Todd Bean and Shanna Johnson on October 14th for the “Total Food Makeover – Become A Cancer Killer”, located at Peace Memorial Church at 11am. “Convention states that early detection is the key, but doesn’t that mean you’re already sick? The standard treatments are almost as agonizing as the disease itself,” said Dr. Ashly Ochsner.  “With cancer, the best defense is never to get it.”

Cancer deaths in the south suburbs is too big of a problem for one person to solve, but people working together can change that. A church in Palos Park has teamed up with Team USA Doctor and Maximized Living’s Dr. Ashly Ochsner to work on educating, inspiring and motivating the community on learning not only how to prevent cancer but to overcome it as well! Peace Memorial Church Pastors, Shana Johnson and Todd Bean, and Dr. Ashly Ochsner believe that as leaders in the community, something must be done about cancer and obesity epidemic!  Together they plan to transform the way people look at and manage their food, the way they shop, the way they eat, and the way they approach their health to never get cancer.

On October 14th, 2012, they will hold one of the largest nutrition events that the south suburbs have ever seen! Thousands of people world-wide have completely transformed their lives due to the Total Food Makeover. The Total Food Makeover will be held on Sunday, October 14th at Peace Memorial Church from  11 am – 1 pm. Great tasting, healthy, nutritious food that is easy to make, and healthy to eat will be sampled! Team USA Doctor and member of the Wellness Advisory Council for: USA Wrestling, USA Judo and USA Weightlifting; Dr. Ashly Ochsner, will be teaching the pitfalls of the standard North American diet and how to avoid them and to implement changes into family’s lives so they never get cancer.
