Proto Equities Announces Definitive Agreement For Harlem Development

Sept. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- Proto Equities, a diversified financial consortium with equity positions in real estate, gaming, and resource exploration, has announced the conversion of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to a Definitive Agreement (DA) to purchase 4 million shares of convertible bond notes that will securitize to equity at the satisfactory conclusion of a future development along the Hudson River, between 127th street and 136th street.

Proto Equities has formed a strategic partnership with Trigon Properties, who will act as lead manager on a project called “the Bio Cruise,” the first sustainable eco cruise that will sail to key environmentally notable locations throughout the world. Trigon Properties is a diversified  amusement park and gaming consortium most notable for pit-to-pier projects in the Pacific Northwest and casinos in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Detroit, and various locations in Mississippi, as well as entertainment complexes and tourism-related enterprises in Dubai, Monaco, Shanghai, and Taipei.

Trigon Properties, with a long history of successful community real estate development management and land conversion expertise, assumes responsibility for the project, with sub management shared with divisional companies, including but not exclusive to Trigon Management, Trigon Leasing, and Trigon Financing.
