PRLog (Press Release) -
Sep. 21, 2012 - Brendon Q Monahan from Denver, Colorado is a machete expert and avid meat eater. He enjoys bacon, beef, pork, and chicken--and in that order. He enjoys cooking food indoors as well as outdoors. Brendon recently made a post on his blog, bestmachete.net, about how to cut meat with a machete. Machetes have been used in other cultures for ages as a way to prepare and cut meat. It is very helpful he says.
In
http://bestmachete.net/using-a-machete-to-cut-up-meat/, he states "I do not recommend you destroying good cuts of meat with a machete at your house. We had special equipment and safety things." Which is a very well thought out advice. Some cuts of meat are not safe to cut with a machete and you need training before you can cut up a cow with a macehte.
A machete he states, is one of the best tools out there. You can cut up animals, trees, shrubs, and wood with it. It is also a great prep tool for camping. He even stated that he once camped with only a machete and a sleeping bag. Cool I must say.
