Deborah Whitehouse, BCC, d/b/a Coaching for Growth and Consulting for Growth, has begun providing services to individuals and to the business community. Her services will be provided nationwide, virtually and on site, in two distinct areas of business: personal coaching and business consulting.
At Coaching for Growth, Whitehouse will focus on helping executives, employees, entreprenuers and persons seeking life coaching, to assist these individuals in building leadership skills, managing a career progression or transition, or to help with personal issues faced in everyday life. Whitehouse is a former Mental Health Counselor and is currently a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the prestigious Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE).
As a subject matter expert previously engaged in executive management for Fortune 500 companies, as well as her own professional services company, Whitehouse will provide Consulting for Growth services to establised and start-up businesses wishing to grow and prosper. Focused services will include: Strategic and Business Planning, Client/Business Development and Marketing, Employee Development and Assessment, Change Management and Organizational Development and Performance Analysis and Improvement.
