When short listing suitable companies, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (the recruitment industry’s governing body for ethics and professional standards) looked for employers who demonstrate excellent business growth whilst providing a high level of employee care and personal development opportunities. It was important for potential winners to demonstrate absolute dedication to employee engagement and development, something which Bond Williams has placed a great deal of importance on since it was founded in 2004.
The winner will be announced on 25th October 2012 at a glamorous ceremony in a top London hotel, with the entire Bond Williams team travelling up to the gala event from Bournemouth by way of celebration.
“We are extremely proud to have been shortlisted for such a prestigious award”, said founder and Company Director Claire Bond.
Claire continued. “We have always tried to make Bond Williams a happy and engaging place to work whilst upholding the professionalism and high standards that our clients expect from our staff and our candidates. It’s a thrill to be recognised in this way, so regardless of whether or not we pick-up the award, I think everyone here is proud to be involved and thrilled at being short listed as a finalist”.
