Free Half-Day Scrum/Agile Workshop from Framework Training

We’ve put together two free Scrum/Agile sessions on 19 October, 2012 to showcase the real benefits of Agile development, and also dispel some of the myths you might have heard…and not take all day about it.

This class has been tailored especially for people interested in harnessing the power of Agile

Delegates will join Professional Scrum Trainer Simon Reindl as he introduces and demonstrates the Scrum Agile methodology, answers questions, and allows delegates to experience it for themselves.

Attendees will learn the rules of Scrum, including the roles, events, and artefacts. They will also appreciate that while Scrum is easy to learn, it takes effort to achieve and maintain the discipline required to be successful. Be sure to attend and see if your current or next project might benefit from using an Agile approach.

At the end of the session delegates will have the confidence and understanding to begin to encourage the growth of Agile within their own organisation, and support teams in improving their processes.

•   Understand what is required to transition to an Agile approach.
