Why do you accept it as the truth? Because it is congruent with you, or maybe you feel that it's true and accept it as is. You don't think or analyze it, you just accept it.
So when you hear something that makes you feel good and you don't analyze it, this could become your own though. But be careful, you can accept a wrong idea and your new though will cause wrong action, you don't want it! Only positive words can be accepted by your mind without fear of wrong effects that can harm you. You are more acceptable to positive words when you are relaxed, when your mind is clear.
Consciously relaxing yourself you are becoming agreeable to positive words that you are hearing. Those words are saying by your coach who wants to help you achieve your goals. It doesn't matter if your eyes are closed or open, you will accept all positive suggestions given by your coach. As soon as you accept its, you will achieve your goal.
