Opad Launches Digital Magazine For Design-industry Insiders

The Pad Features Exclusive Interviews, Leading Designers, Product Launches

PRLog - Sep. 20, 2012 - MANHATTAN, N.Y. -- NEW YORK, NY -- [September 20, 2012] -- Opad President Andrew Chris is proud to announce the launch of The Pad, a new digital magazine featuring exclusive interviews with the world’s leading designers, artists, and tastemakers.

Every month The Pad will feature fresh content centered on a theme cultivated from the trends and moods of the moment. In addition, the Opad blog also will feature up-to-the-minute coverage of design and culture happenings too-must-read to hold until The Pad’s next issue.

The theme of The Pad’s inaugural issue is “Design to Build” and includes interviews with designer David Trubridge; architect and sculptor Mario Rivelli; artist Bernadault Smilde; and design industry business leaders Jan Vingerhoets, CEO of Flos US, and Simone Vingerhoets-Ziesmann, executive vice president of Artek US.
