Councillor Diane Wise cut a ribbon, officially unveiling the new show home. The mayor was then treated to a tour of the show home and the rest of the development, where she was updated about the ongoing building.
A four-bedroom detached Grebe, the new show home has been professionally styled by an interior designer, with a palette of opulent gold and mushroom used in the living room, while peacock, teal and cream colours adorn the master bedroom.
The layout of the home is impressive, with a spacious lounge, study, convenient cloakroom and open-plan kitchen and dining room, with a handy utility room, on the ground floor. On the first floor are the family bathroom and four well-sized bedrooms, with the master benefiting from an en suite. And as with all Jelson properties they feature high quality specification, including solid internal walls throughout the home.
Jackie Woodward, sales manager for Jelson Homes, said: “We are extremely honoured to have the mayor join us and officially open the show home. It was great to be able to tell her exactly what we have been working on – and she certainly seemed impressed with the site.
“We’re proud of the quality homes which we build – and our new show home will enable purchasers to see exactly why that is. A first-hand look at the Grebe will show visitors what makes us stand out from the competition.”
The development is situated in a peaceful area of Birstall village, but in close proximity to all that the location has to offer. This thriving hub features a fantastic array of outlets and general amenities catering for your everyday needs. Leicester city centre, meanwhile, is just a few miles away, providing a wider selection of shopping opportunities. Commuters will find access to the nearby M1 ideal, with links to larger cities, both north and south.
