Sportsman's Daily Celebrates 6th Year as Premier Sports Satire Site

Sept. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- The Sportsman's Daily (www.sportsmansdaily.com), launched In September of 2006, continues to enjoy an impressive web presence. In the past, radio features like "Off the Wire" have been heard on radio stations around the U.S.

Executive Editor and Radio Host, Tom Alexander recently revived his Silver Microphone Award winning radio essay "From the Bleachers" heard on Yahoo! Sports Radio on Fridays as part of The Friday Night Insiders with Craig Mish and Jon Linder aired from 7-8pm ET. Sportsman's Media, the parent company of the humor website, is currently developing two separate shows, one a scripted satirical program, the other a reality/game based show. There are also two screenplays in development.

The company was launched by Alexander and Charles Epstein and is based in South Florida.
