Another US University in visa fraud by Herguan University

Prevent problem is better than rectify problems. So If we prevent university fraud, more better for student future.

Sept. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Bad news for Indian students who are planning in Herguan University and planning to study in the USA. Jerry Wang the Herguan University CEO is arrested at sunny vale in California. Simultaneously 450 Indian students have been arrested due to fraud visa.

US department given instructions to the students leave the USA within ten days or join in another university as early as possible.

The CEO must be in prison up to 23 years with a big amount fine, but big problem is Indian students who are in Herguan University. If the university closes, the Indian students rapidly join in another new universities otherwise they lost academic year and their future as well.

Last year Try Vally University also doing same fraud by president of the Tri-Valley University, Susan Xiao-Ping Su. They also submitted fraudulent documents to admin F-1 visa holders. (http://immigrationquestion.com/f-1-visa)

At least now US government or embassy has taken strict actions most of the University fraud can be preventable. Students who are studied in the USA, they took legal help from the best Immigration Attorney, or enquiry about University history most of the University fraud can preventable. Prevent the problem is better than Solve the problem.
