The conference will address key issues such as the new era of property management in Scotland introduced by the Property Factors (Scotland) Act and the Code of Conduct, aswell as other factors affecting property management today.
C&K has been working with a wealth of Property Managers throughout the UK and so understands the challenges faced in this difficult economic environment coupled with carbon reduction targets and new property legislation.
The company has grown over the past 50 years from a Glasgow-based TV installation company to a UK wide organisation encompassing a fire safety division, energy division (Solar and LED), electrical contracting division and a technology solutions division (digital TV installations)
