As he educates doctors and staff about the best ways to use Emerge to improve their work performance, Fialkov is simultaneously crafting a methodology for project management and implementation that future employees will utilize.

Fialkov has more than 17 years of experience spearheading major growth and development as well as implementing new systems and methodologies that produce lasting results.
Fialkov’s summary of his strengths is a little simpler. “I love starting from scratch and building something big and new. That’s why I moved to the States in the first place. It’s exciting to take something that’s already intelligent with lots of potential and create a system to implement it. Emerge has an amazing product, and it’s my job to help doctors and their staff understand how it can help them do their jobs better,” said Fialkov.
Born in Israel, Fialkov graduated from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology with a degree in practical engineering and electronics. He also served as an Israeli Air Force Trainer. After working for Elbit System Ltd. in Israel as an integration project manager, Fialkov took a project management position at Amdocs.
Three years later, Amdocs offered him the opportunity to move to the United States as a regional director of workforce learning and performance. Over the next seven years he supported more than 30 Fortune 500 companies, increased regional revenue by 500 percent, founded a regional team that grew 800 percent in five years, and implemented an electronic performance support system for more than 35,000 call center agents.
In 2010, Fialkov was promoted to director of business development for Amdocs’s AT&T division in Richardson, Texas. He enjoyed the role, but when Emerge offered him the opportunity to build something from scratch, he couldn’t turn it down.
