PRLog - Sep. 19, 2012 - NEW YORK -- A new, independent vampire film project began crowdfunding efforts this week. The project is currently entitled "Requiem for the Night"and claims to be a new and unique take on the vampire mythos.
The project is headed up by Israeli director, Will Blesch who noted, "Israel has never had an American style vampire film done. I thought to myself, this would be a great place to begin working on a project from an angle I am certain no one has done before."
The project can be found at:
Funds garnered from the crowdfunding campaign will go toward development expenses such as the Writer's fee, establishing a legal entity in order to enable to the production to legally accept private investments, and paying for all legal fees to start with.
Mr. Blesch also noted: "As many people already know, the process of crowdfunding depends on trust and reputation, so we are looking for a core inner group to really believe in, and get excited about, this project and help spread the word...daily. Through Facebook updates, through liking the facebook fanpage, through tweeting and more.
Ideally, we're looking for college interns that are majoring in Media/Communications and that are very savvy in social media and that may be willing to stick with the project until its funded, potentially for a recommendation etc. on Linkedin or something similar."
College students interested in working on the project in a social media capacity can e-mail the production at: OverseerOfMinions@
