Sept. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- BALTIMORE, MD – On Wednesday, August 29, 2012, just ONE WEEK after meeting Curtis Bottling, Inc. (CBI), CEO, Roland Butler for the first time, BVFR & Associates, LLC arranged, closed and funded a six-figure bridge loan for CBI’s Blue Delta Alkaline Drinking Water product line! CBI and Mr. Butler came to Dr. Jameson Lawrence, CEO of BVFR through a referral from a mutual friend, Reverend Jonathan L. Weaver, President of the Collective Empowerment Group, Inc., which unites the economic powers of over 600 churches nationwide and is headquartered in Bowie, MD.

This amazing feat was spearheaded by Dr. Jameson Lawrence, Esq., BVFR’s CEO & Managing Member. Dr. Lawrence stated “After being in this business for over 17 years and rarely seeing clients that look like we do combined with seeing how passionate Mr. Butler is about his business, I knew we had to pull out all the stops to help get his deal funded.” In conjunction with COO Tonya McGee and Managing Director, Henry Garner, BVFR worked day and night to get CBI the financing they needed while maintaining a tight deadline. Mr. Butler summed it up best when he said this of BVFR “You guys are miracle workers! I have never seen anything like it in my 35 years in business. You guys were sent by God!”

Funding for this project will be a catalyst for spearheading an increase in awareness of the health benefits of alkaline water. Industry experts opine that alkaline water will be the next “big thing” in the multi-billion dollar bottled water industry. A recent study by Johns Hopkins University touted the benefits of “putting the body in an alkaline environment” by eating the proper foods and consuming the right kind of water. Blue Delta Alkaline Drinking Water is at the forefront of this movement.

The next thing on Blue Delta’s agenda will be expansion. With a plant in Mississippi as well as in Maryland, Blue Delta and BVFR will now seek a second round of financing in the amount of $5MM to purchase equipment, hire new staff and continue its expansion efforts. Already in over 22,000 stores across the nation, Blue Delta’s next round of financing will bring them closer to the mainstream.

Look for them soon at a retailer near you!
