However, the book is not legally available in any form other than paperback published by CreateSpace, an Amazon.com company and from legitimate booksellers
Author Nigel Morris-Cotterill says "We have found a number of websites over the years purporting to or actually offering illegal copies of publications by members of our Group. These have, until now, been titles that have been available in e-book format but only via the Amazon.Com platform.
"However, the apparent conversion of a book which is only available in paperback into an e-book is totally illegal and steals revenue from both our publisher and from me."
Morris-Cotterill adds "for the avoidance of doubt, "Sun Tzu and the Art of Litigation" has not been legally published as an e-book on any platform or in any format. Buying the book supports a clearly very organised criminal group. Paying for such a product is to support criminal activity. That, in itself, is a crime as is the illegal replication of my book. And, in many countries, so is providing a payment system where the purpose of making or receiving the payment is criminal conduct."
