Philippe, an old building which is now a restaurant, serves arguably the best French Dip sandwiches in Southern California. Also worthy of trying are the chili with a bag of Fritos.
The building has has been used for many purposes throughout the years, most notably the upstairs being used as a bordello. Have the chance to come face-face with the lady in white if you dare.
We've held our Halloween party here for the past two years and have always captured great evidence. Last year, VIP founder Erik Vanlier captured about 4-5 EVPs alone. The first year we held our party we saw a door in one of the hallways that had been locked open by itself.
So, come out, meet some fellow investigators or haunt enthusiasts, eat some incredible food and hopefully have a paranormal experience.
