TwoSeventy Co. is excited to announce the release of their first app, Pictosaur.
Pictosaur creates and uses an inventive mix of imaging and sensor data to help people line up photos taken over an extended period of time, ensuring perfect alignment.
After taking or adding an initial photo to Pictosaur, a transparent line drawing – the Outline Overlay – is generated from the photo as a guide for aligning scale and distance when snapping later pictures. The Outline Overlay, in combination with gyroscope and accelerometer data displayed with our “Lil’ Dot” marker, gives the user assurance that they are holding their device at exactly the same angle as the previous photo.
More than just an intelligent camera, Pictosaur can also remind users to add to their series of pictures with notifications every day, week, month, or year to keep the series going.
With over 20 frame possibilities to choose from, Pictosaur can create custom multi-photo layouts so a person’s recorded change can be seen in a single image and shared to friends and family.
Pictosaur is perfect for capturing: kids, weight loss, body building, renovations, gardening, pregnancy, makeovers, dogs, cats, before & afters, time lapse, and old photo reenactments.
