McCannVision LED Display Integrated Into Vegas Sport Book Projects

Sept. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- EDISON, NJ – McCannVision, a division of McCann Systems, LLC, an innovative design-build audio visual integrator, integrated state-of-the-art LED panels for four Las Vegas Race and Sport Book projects including The Hard Rock, The Tropicana, The Venetian and The Cosmopolitan.

At The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sports and Race Book, McCannVision created six Christie 18k/20k HD projectors that are projected and blended on a 10’ tall by 83’ wide LED Sports Screen.  The LED wall was designed and installed on a radius that delivers uncompromised image resolution, engaging the viewer in the event. The video wall is canted forward at a 10-degree angle to give the viewers a more immersive experience.

Inside the Tropicana Sports and Race Book are six 18k Christie HD 3 chip DLP projectors with Xenon lamps for superb contrast 24/7. They are projected and blended on a 75’ tall by 8.5’ wide McCannVision LED screen. The LED wall is built on a curve and gives the viewer an incredible, seamless image.

The Cosmopolitan Hotel Sports and Race Book video wall in the sports section now has four Christie 12k HD projectors that are projected and blended to create a seamless image. The McCannVision LED wall is a total of 34 feet by 6.5 feet.

The 118 seat Race and Sports Book at The Venetian now boasts a 10’ tall by 100’ wide McCannVision LED Sports Screen. The LED wall is built on a radius and delivers uncompromised image resolution, engaging the viewer in the event. The wall consists of 5.5 million LED pixels and is one of the largest 4mm black chip LED screens in existence. The Trans-Lux black chip LED screen is capable of showing 5 feature sporting events with odds or up to 42 independent sporting events simultaneously.
