Donn Costa 1st Security Bank Home Lending
Located at 1110 - 112th Ave NE, Suite 160 in the One Twelve on Twelfth building, the office occupies 4,000 square feet of space and will eventually provide room for over 20 employees, including loan officers and support staff.
“We are excited to open our new Bellevue home lending office,” announced 1st Security Bank Home Lending Sr. Vice President Donn Costa. “While we have home mortgage services in our retail bank locations, this is our first office dedicated to home lending, and the first of more to come in the Puget Sound area.”
The Bellevue Home Lending office is under the leadership of Lisa Pim, Manager and Loan Officer, who was hired earlier in 2012. She joins several other veteran loan officers and former colleagues who are building a formidable home lending team for 1st Security Bank.
Pim is a Bellevue resident and community supporter who has worked in the area for many years. “This is a dream come true for me,” she remarked. “We are looking forward to serving our current clients and offering our services to new customers as well. We hope people will stop by to say hello.”
1st Security Bank currently has six retail branch locations in the area, including Edmonds, Poulsbo, Puyallup, Overlake, Canyon Park and Lynnwood. Its administrative office in Mountlake Terrace has just undergone a major renovation. The bank has plans to open a branch in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood in early 2013.
