Rapid Engineering LLC Introduces Small Electric Batch Oven

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 18, 2012 - Comstock Park, Michigan – Rapid Engineering LLC, a manufacturer of industrial process and finishing equipment, recently introduced a line of small electric batch ovens. Capable of operating at 450° F (230° C), these ovens can be used to bake, cure, anneal or dry a variety of substrates and coatings.

RAPID™ small electric batch ovens are available in three models: 444 (width x height x depth), 464 and 468. Model 444 is a bench type unit, while Models 464 and 468 are floor mounted, walk in units. The ovens utilize a bank of durable, electric heating elements and recirculated air to heat products efficiently inside the 4” insulated, painted oven enclosure. Factory-assembled and tested, RAPID™ small electric batch ovens’ small footprint frees up valuable floor space.

Standard features include: electronic temperature controls, batch timer with alarm device, easy to use control panel and a set of sturdy hinged doors on one end. Other options include: powered exhaust fans, extra doors sets, 15 KW or 30 KW heat options and input voltage options.

RAPID™ small electric batch ovens are specially designed for a variety of finishing applications such as industrial components and parts, furniture, metal and wood products.
