JC Lettings only offer two packages to keep things simple, these are a “Let Only” service and a “Fully Managed” Lettings service with the option of additional add-on services such as Professional Property Cleaning, Safety Certifications, even helping the tenants move home, to provide each of the pieces of the jigsaw that usually makes letting a home a stressful venture. Being a family run business they can give a more personalised service catering for individual needs on a case by case basis, with dedicated account management and agreed updates as well as liaising with contractors and utility companies to cover every angle. In agreement with their landlords they can do as little or as much as each Landlord desires. In regards to tenants, it’s their feeling that it’s every person right to be given the opportunity to live in accommodation of a good standard and of a fair rent price, especially given the current financial climate and the lack of support to purchase homes. In view of this they always give a full market appraisal of every property they advertise to ensure inflated prices and over zealous landlords are not taking advantage of under-experienced tenants.
Moving forward JC Lettings are looking to expand their portfolio of Landlords, to try to enable as many people as possible to benefit from their services and in-still confidence back into the Lettings market, particularly in and around the Wigan Boroughs and St Helens and hopefully with the support of local businesses they will achieve this and mend the reputation currently endured by the industry.
