JC Lettings | A New Era In Lettings In Wigan and St Helens

This is mainly due to fly by night agents, poor communication, failure to complete the services offered and general disregard for customers and their needs as a whole. Of course every Letting agent isn’t guilty of this and there are plenty of straight taking, reliable Lettings agents out there who provide a decent level of service for the charges they commit too. JC Lettings on the other hand aims to take Lettings to a new level of service, providing and facilitating as far as possible the lettings process from start to finish, in order to offer a stress free, personalised experience for both the Landlord and Tenant, freeing them up to carry on with there day to day lives in the knowledge their investments are in safe hands.

Being a family run business they can give a more personalised service catering for individual needs on a case by case basis, with dedicated account management and agreed updates as well as liaising with contractors and utility companies to cover every angle. In agreement with their landlords they can do as little or as much as each Landlord desires. In regards to tenants, it’s their feeling that it’s every person right to be given the opportunity to live in accommodation of a good standard and of a fair rent price, especially given the current financial climate and the lack of support to purchase homes. In view of this they always give a full market appraisal of every property they advertise to ensure inflated prices and over zealous landlords are not taking advantage of under-experienced tenants.
