PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 17, 2012 - The Women's Fund of Southwest Florida was chosen by national women’s retailer EILEEN FISHER to benefit from a special store event on Saturday, Sept 22. The participating Eileen Fisher retail locations in Florida are the Sanibel Island store at 2055 Periwinkle Way, the Naples store located at 1211 Third Street South, the Winter Park store located at 112 North Park Ave, and the Sarasota location at 1501 Main St.

The Women's Fund of Southwest Florida will receive 10 percent of the sales from the event day from each of the four participating EILEEN FISHER stores. In addition, EILEEN FISHER is offering shoppers special savings on purchases over $50 made that day. The Women’s Fund of Southwest Florida is one of 26 women’s fund organizations across the U.S. selected to participate in this national event.

The Women’s Fund of Southwest Florida is a philanthropic non-profit group committed to improving the lives of women and girls in Southwest Florida through impact investing. The Women’s Fund of Southwest Florida is currently working with Florida Gulf Coast University to conduct research to learn what issues affect women and girls in Southwest Florida.
