Drake Jacobs, AIA, NCARB, is Group One’s newest senior project manager. In addition to office wide operations, he is currently responsible for project operations of the phase one renovations at the TD Garden Premium Suites and Concourses alongside the historical renovation of the 368 Congress Street Residence Inn located in Boston. Jacobs is a member of the Boston Society of Architects (BSA) and the chairman of its Codes Committee. His Alma Mater is Columbia University.
Sarah Lawson, LEEP AP is an interior designer for Group One who specializes in universal design, specification writing, and 3D renderings. Lawson has a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Endicot College.
Serving as project manager, Victor Imparato is currently responsible for construction administration of the historical renovation of Boston’s 368 Congress Street Residence Inn. Imparato has a bachelor’s degree in architecture and an associates degree in architectural engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Jeffery Mrock is job captain at Group One, specializing in REVIT technology and implementation along with corporate interiors. He’s currently responsible for work on the adaptive reuse of the Burlington, Vt. Armory. Mrock has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
New Group One job captain, Rafael Posada, is responsible for production drawings of the renovation work on the Marriott in Columbia, S.C., and worked on the guest room and public space renovations on the Holiday Inn Express in Merrimack, N.H. Posada is currently attending Boston Architectural College to obtain a bachelor’s degree in architecture with an expected graduation date of December 2012.
Wendy Proctor is the marketing coordinator and office manager for Group One who is responsible for the management of firm marketing initiatives, IT coordination and tracking, and supervision of the front desk staff. Proctor served in the U.S. Coast Guard and has an associates degree in fine arts and graphics design from Bristol Community College.
