, a 40-year old document generation firm located in Rockland, MA, was one of a dozen industry leaders invited by industry giant Lexmark (NYSE:LXK) to participate in a two-day conference, held this past week in Chicago, to discuss the state of the industry and strategy going forward.
Lexmark has more than 300 dealers nationally and internationally;
and Belanger, who serves on the Lexmark Dealer Advisory Board, was invited to meet with this select group of dealers and leaders to share strategies, discuss emerging technologies and to discuss the direction of the Lexmark program with these top dealers.
In the imaging industry, several of the emerging technologies include Managed Print Services (MPS), and Managed Network Services, or IT, and the optimum use of technology to reach the most efficient level of document generation.
Bay Copy is a Business Solutions Dealer (BSD) for Lexmark International, and was the first Massachusetts firm to be a Business Solutions Dealer for Lexmark. Lexmark was first founded in 1991 as a spin-off of IBM and is a global company.
