Farmer Jaffe Weissing Proudly Supports Constitution Day
Fort Lauderdale, FL – Farmer, Jaffe, Weissing, Edwards, Fistos & Lehrman, P.L, is proud to support to Constitution Day September 17th. Constitution Day commemorates the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution by thirty-nine brave men on September 17, 1787, recognizing all who, are born in the U.S. or by naturalization, have become citizens.
Created over two hundred and twenty-five years ago, the Constitution is certainly the most influential legal document in existence. The United States Constitution is the highest law in the United States of America. The first three Articles of the Constitution establish the rules and separate powers of the three branches of the federal government: a legislative branch (Congress), executive branch (President), and a judicial branch (Supreme Court).
The constitution is a “living document” which the Supreme Court continually interprets (amendments and the Bill of Rights) so as to reflect changes in the world but the basic tenets have remained virtually unchanged since its inception, and unchallenged as well.
