Beechwood Find Foods were one of 40 nominations within the South East Region, excluding London. The deli received a total of 72 votes both on and offline and a staggering amount of recommendations and referrals; such as, “Beechwood Fine Foods is a deli revelation in Tring and just what the town needed. Basically good quality posh foodie things for foodie people with high standards and who appreciate the finer things. Their range of locally sourced produce is simply amazing, the homemade cake and coffee is divine, bread wonderfully fresh and tasty and they are a lovely couple with a passion for good quality produce.” Delilah deli café, Nottingham, has been named as the Olives Et Al Deli of the Year 2012.
Deli of the Year was created by artisan food specialists, Olives Et Al, who carefully designed the competition to allow every business that enters to showcase itself by engaging with staff, customers and their local community. As such, Olives Et Al has ensured this helps entrants to clarify and develop what they do for the benefit of long-term business growth. In this way, the Deli of the Year competition benefits every business that enters regardless of whether it scoops one of the main awards or not.

Of the competition, Toby said, “we are delighted with our award and feel that, as a business, we are still in our infancy, so this local recognition and support is really important to Sarah and I.
