PRLog - Sep. 15, 2012 - MARKHAM, Ontario -- ARROYO Volleyball International (AVI) launched in 2012 to co-ordinate the ARROYO Volleyball Club – Pasadena and the ARROYO Volleyball Club – Canada and its various international programs. ARROYO Volleyball International is co-founded by Head Coach Robert Bethea and Marketing and Event Director Caroline J. Dafoe.
AVI discovered that since the United World Games began Canada’s participation in this Olympic-like event has been very poor and in the area of Volleyball non-existent. So AVI has teamed up with AIST in putting together travel arrangements, itinerary and promotional products to attract top Canadian Athletic talent to come together and put together Women’s and Men’s 19U, 17U, 15U, 13U court volleyball teams to compete in the United World Games for 2013. AVI has also agreed to assist in the recruitment for teams in Lacross, Soccer and Basketball.
Additionally, AVI is seeking top notch coaches to attend with the teams – this is an amazing experience for the coaches as well and their flight and accommodation costs are covered (except connecting flights)
Athletes, Coaches and Chaperones will travel to Austria, Germany and Italy see amazing and historical landscapes and places. Make new friends and be able to experience the game of volleyball on an international level. This will definitely enhance their athletic career and expand their understanding of the world around them and the sport of volleyball.
Tentative travel is June 16 to 30, 2013. Athletes are encouraged to arrange with their school teachers so they can assist in accommodating your exam and other final graduation details ahead of time with you to be able to attend this amazing event.
