GBH Announces Shareholder Promotion - Jason Liu

Jason Liu has over 12 years of audit experience.  He has worked with and served both public and private companies in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.  Jason is fluent in English and Mandarin.  He has served clients in the oil and gas, distribution, software, manufacturing, automobile dealerships, technology, construction, entertainment, health care, biotechnology and not-for-profit industries.  Jason has experience in finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, IPOs, and international operations.  He is fluent in preparing the required statements for the SEC, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and S-1 registration statements.  Jason is a licensed CPA in Texas, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He earned his MBA degree from the University of Houston.
