NarrowDoor's Director of Public Relations Marc O'connor disclosed two sales-time graphs of five of the firm's long-time clients, each headquartered in different locations across the globe. One graph depicted sales before, the other depicted sales after the client sought to improve communication skills. Surely enough, each "after" sales-time graph showed a distinctive growth in sales when compared to its prior counterpart.

Though there is a proven correlation between business success and effective communication, skeptics remain certain that communication does not play as big a role as firms such as narrowDoor consulting claim.
