Every one of Coinmach and ASI’s machines has a unique ID located on the front of the machine. The app uses the camera of a smartphone to scan this unique ID. Once scanned, the customer can report their service request by selecting from a menu of possible problems or by providing their own brief description.
Customers may also request notification of service completion via email or text message. This technology will enable customers to enter a service request in seconds flat.
