Erwin Singh Braich, 56 - recognized to be North America's first Sikh Billionaire - has come under attack again in what has proven to be a truly bizarre 13-year long saga.
Mr. Braich is a prominent international industrialist and philanthropist who has helped countless individuals in Canada, the Sikh community, and the developing world.
Canadian taxpayer's dollars have been wasted in this persecution, and the livelihood, and liberties of Braich, his family, and his associates have been severely compromised. Crimes and misdeeds committed include tampering, perjury, brazen abuse of due process, corporate intimidation, and false allegations of criminal activity which has led to improperly obtained Warrants for arrest. At times subject Warrants have been duplicitous, and on other occasions they have arbitrarily and inexplicably not enforced. There are, of course, the all too common threads of double-cross, deceit, theft, greed, racism and xenophobia.
