Ken Harris, hired as Project Manager and Graphic Designer at Big Fresh, has 22 years experience in graphic design and project management. He started his career as a screenprint artist then evolved into a graphic designer at an assortment of ad agencies. Ken’s attention to detail and supreme level of customer service is the perfect complement to his role at Big Fresh. “I really enjoy working directly with clients and helping them bring their ideas to life as working websites,” says Ken.
Mike Sullivan, hired as Technician at Tech Help (a division of Big Fresh), has 12 years experience in technical support and customer service roles. While general PC troubleshooting is his forte, Mike also enjoys working on Macs and other devices such as servers, laptops, and bridges. “The main thing that attracted me to this job is the fact that it is a small business providing exceptional service to the community,” says Mike.
Austin Teer, hired as website programmer at Big Fresh, graduated in May 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems. During college Austin freelanced as a web designer enabling him to fine-tune his programming, customer service, and project management skills. More recently, Austin worked on a substantial project for World Vision due to release in early October 2012. “Working for a future-focused company that was doing fun projects was a big reason I wanted to work at Big Fresh,” says Austin.
“We’re excited to have Ken, Mike, and Austin aboard. Each of them brings a unique skill set and a vast array of experience perfectly suited for their roles,” says Doug DeVries, co-founder of Big Fresh. “We’re growing like crazy and looking to hire even more talented individuals like Ken, Mike, and Austin,” says Doug.
