The SBA Program in the Southern California Area is part of an international network of course providers offering programs throughout North America.
The SBA program will be taught by a network of more than 30 subject experts including famed organic architect Eric Corey Freed, LEED AP; Director of UCLA Extension’s Landscape Architecture Program Stephanie Landregan; and urban planner and noted expert on sustainable transportation planning Ryan Snyder.

Partner acquired the building in Torrance, CA in 2010 and undertook a $3 million renovation that included such sustainable and energy efficiency improvements as: rooftop solar arrays that provide for 50 percent of energy consumption;
The classes will be taught in Partners’ third floor training and meeting space, with a view of the solar panels and green roof.
Upon completion of the SBA Program and CSBA Exam, students will earn the designation of Certified Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA).
• Architects will earn 100 American Institute of Architecture (AIA) Learning Units.
• LEED Accredited Professionals & LEED Green Associates may also earn up to 100 continuing education units through the USGBC approved Mastery Level Education Provider Program.
• Members of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) will receive continuing education credits for Facility Management portion of the curriculum
